Senior Master Technicians

In order to become a Ford Senior Master Technician, individuals must complete a series of online and hands-on training courses, pass exams, and meet specific experience requirements. This rigorous training program is essential in order to provide technicians with the knowledge and skills necessary to diagnose and repair advanced automotive systems in Ford vehicles.

The training program covers a wide range of topics including engine performance, electrical systems, drivability, chassis systems, and more. Technicians are also required to complete ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and advancements.
